These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of this website and the purchase of items through such website.

How to prepare a delicious cake? 🍰👌
Place biscuits or lady fingers side by side on the bottom of a cake pan. Put the mascarpone cheese, vanilla cream cheese, into a bowl and mix until smooth. Add honey as desired. Put your cheese mixture on biscuits in pan and cover it with a single layer of strawberrier or cherries. Dissolve strawberry jelly powder with half the amount of hot water, put aside to cool and pour it over the top of your cake. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for 2 hours and serve with whipped cream.

Who can shop?
Customer using Store MONODO.eu is a natural person with full legal capacity. Customers between 13 and 18 years old may shop only with written permission of a parent or guardian.
How can I place an order?
You might purchase goods only via store MONODO.eu. To place an order, please follow the online purchasing procedure. Than you will be required to provide some compulsory personal information, and accept Terms and Conditions.
How will I receive my order confirmation?
After filling the registration form you will receive an email with confirmation of the terms of the placed order.
In the event of supply difficulties or because items are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to give you information about your order status and if you do not wish to order the substitute items we will reimburse any monies that you may have paid.
Your printed invoice will be included in the package.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery time is the sum of production process and the time of package delivery.
Standard order lead time takes up to 14 working days from the order acceptance and than your package is handed over to the delivery person.
What payment method can I use to make my purchase?
Prices in store are given in your country currency or in Euro.
The Customer may choose the following forms of payment for ordered products:
- Bank transfer via an external payment system – PayPal.
- Bank transfer to the Seller’s bank account.
In both cases execution of the order shall be initiated after your payment is credited to MONODO’s bank account.
How much do I pay for delivery service?
Shipping cost is dependent on the selected delivery method and the order quantity. Customer is informed about the cost of delivery of given goods before placing the order under the term “shipping”.
Where you deliver to?
We deliver goods all over the world to the address provided when placing the order.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the type of delivery selected. Standard deliveries in Poland take between 1 and 2 working days after shipment.

Can I return an item?
If you are contracting as a consumer, you have the right to cancel the contract, without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the items.
How do I return an item?
To cancel the contract please print and fill out the Cancellation Form. Then include it in your return package and send to:

In addition, you can send us a copy of your filled out Cancellation Form to: office@MONODO.eu.
Please send your product back immediately, in any event not later than 14 days from the day we have been informed about your cancellation.
All returned products have to be securely packed. Please return the items using original packaging. Add also your invoice, and other documents, if any, accompanying the items.
Shipping costs for returns and packaging will be covered by the Customer.
When will I receive the refund?
If you cancel the contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs of delivery where you have chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
Reimbursement will be without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we have been informed about your cancellation.
MONODO shall reimburse the payment using the same method of payment as the one used by the Customer, unless the Customer expressly agrees to other method of reimbursement which does not entail any costs for the Customer.
Please remember that you are only liable for any diminished value of the items resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items. Acceptable handling of the items is that which would reasonably be allowed in a shop.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the items back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the items, whichever is the earlier.
What is your warranty policy?
MONODO shall deliver the products constituting the subject of the contract without defects. All products are covered by 2 years warranty. To make a complaint please print and fill out the Warranty Form. Then include it in your return package and send to:

In addition, you can send us a copy of your filled out Warranty Form to: office@MONODO.eu
Shipping costs for returns and packaging will be covered by the Customer. If the complaint is justified, you can apply for a refund of the costs of sending the product back to us.
The Customer may demand removal of the defect or replacement of the product with a non-defective one, unless making the product compliant with the contract in a manner chosen by the Customer is impossible or would require excessive costs as compared to the manner proposed by the Seller.
The Customer may submit a statement on reduction of the price or rescission of the contract of sale, unless the Seller immediately and without excessive inconvenience for the Customer replaces the defective product with a non-defective one or removes the defect.
Please allow two weeks for the processing of your faulty return once received.
Is my personal data safe?
The Seller is an administrator of database information given by the Customers, in relation to online shopping through his website.
Personal data can be used for sales contracts realization. They can be provided to parties responsible for purchased products delivery. The Customers have the right to access their data and to correct them. The data is provided voluntarily.
The data will be processed under strict security rules set out in the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2002 , No. 101, item 926, with subsequent amendments) and in the implementation rules based thereon.
MONODO website uses “cookies”. A Cookie is a small file that a website stores on your PC, telephone or any other device, with information about your navigation on that website. Cookies are necessary to facilitate browsing and to make it more user-friendly, and they do not damage your computer. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies by modifying your browser settings. However, if you disable cookies, some advanced and customized features will not be available to you.
MONODO may collect your IP address. IP address is a number assigned to the computer of a website visitor by your ISP. The IP address is used by MONODO in creating a statistical analysis (eg determining regions from which we note the most visits), as information useful in administering and improving the Website, as well as for security purposes and the possible identification of aggravating server unwanted automatic programs for viewing Website content.
Any matters not regulated by these Rules shall be governed by applicable provisions of law, especially the Civil Code and the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights and the Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
